After 100 years of serving the same markets, the organization was ready to set a new vision for the future which included market expansion and the launch of a new product. The challenge: how do you take an organization that historically has not done marketing and put them in the national industry spotlight?

We first conducted intensive primary and secondary research of LibertyStone’s company, competitors, industry, and target audiences. This included customer interviews, secret shopping visits, and workshops with the LibertyStone executive team. The data and analysis provided the foundation for building a new brand, marketing plan, and creative messaging and visuals for the promotional campaigns to follow.
